Col·lectiu Punt 6 redefines its internal relational and organizational model from an intersectional feminist perspective
With the aim of consolidating and improving our internal relational and organizationa model, a few years ago we began an internal review process with experts from the field of Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) and from a feminist perspective. This is an open process that continues to be nourished by the ongoing internal work we carry out.
For the 2024–2025 period, we have received support from the Barcelona City Council’s grant programme for strengthening the social and solidarity economy, Enfortim l’ESS. This support has allowed us to conduct an in-depth analysis of the various components of our organisation.
We have reviewed the growth model, the Internal Regulations, administrative processes, and we have developed a relational agreement based on trust and responsibility among all members of the organisation. All of this aims to move towards an organisation that truly places care —of both people and the entity— at the centre, from an intersectional feminist perspective.
We have already held several internal and expert-led working sessions, which have resulted in the development of a strategic and viability plan for the 2025–2030 period. This plan has subsequently been collectivised to continue building this path in a shared way, with a clear and agreed roadmap.
