This material is the result of the Community Care Networks project. We are making collective care management possible in our communities. The booklet provides a brief overview of community care, as well as various projects and initiatives that employ collective strategies to share care across different spheres.
This project continues the work we have been carrying out for years at Collectiu Punt 6 to support the material and immaterial conditions necessary for implementing community care initiatives that move toward a new, more equitable and jointly responsible social organization of care.
